Hi friends!

We hope we can welcome you to dine in with us very soon. Until then, here are a few options for takeout . . .

We will begin taking calls for orders at 3 p.m., but the first order won't be ready until after 4 p.m.

We request a little patience as we get the best system figured out for taking your orders and having your food hot and fresh when you arrive . . . we haven’t done anything quite like this before — and aren’t as sophisticated technology-wise as some folks.

We don’t want your food to sit, and we don’t want you to have to wait, but we have no idea of when and how many calls we will get, so forgive us if it takes a few days to get the hang of it. Over the phone credit card is the best form of payment in terms of minimizing contact, which is what we are being asked to do. However we will take any form of payment, and will follow all proper sanitizing protocol. . .

Please know we will be following all protocols for keeping our kitchen, operations, and employees safe and sanitary. Our customers' safety is a top priority. There are going to be issues with the food supply chain, so please understand we may be limited in what we can order in terms of availability and cost increases.

We are already seeing some significant shortages and price increases related to beef — our favorite protein  — so it is unlikely we will be able to maintain our menu items, and/or maintain them at the same price. We will do our best -- but we face a lot of unknowns at this time so we'll have to stay flexible.

Thank you for your support, and thanks for everything you are doing to keep the most vulnerable people in our community safe. This is most certainly not how we envisioned starting out our fourth season, but we are doing our best to face it with optimism and ingenuity. And having such wonderful customers gives us a lot of encouragement to get going.

As we know more about dine-in reopening and rules, we will keep you updated.
